Wyeast 1187 Ringwood ale

I have just picked up a smack pak of Ringwood ale

I really wont some suggestion of a great beer to showcase this yeast.

So if anybody has any suggestions, (i was thinking Mild or Oatmeal stout 2 same recipe as last time and compare) post it here so i can get brewing.

It'd be great in a Mild, or a Bitter... I love Ringwood in English beers.

I use it in an IPA recipe. Tried it in an Irish Red but the brewer wasn't a fan of using it.

We just used it in a Dogfish Head Indian Brown clone from brew365.com. It turned out well.

60 minute IPA...

I have Sam Caligione's ( sp?) Extreme Brewing and he uses this yeast a fair bit.

I think it needs a diacetyl rest, whatever that means.
