Belgian wit yeast...
anyone ever use this yeast for making a beer other than a wheat beer?
it says phenolic and tart...
i had 8 lbs of pilsner malt, a pound of vienna and a pound of cara-vienna an oz of hellertau and an oz of saaz...
i pitched this yeast partly for ****s and giggles and partly to have a nice yeast cake ready for a 'real' wit.
