Well the weekly tastings are gone. Too bad. Not enough participation etc seems to have done them in. What I would like to put together is a list of commercially available beers that have identifiable tastes in them. For example,
Light struck- Corona, Becks
I'd like to be able to to say, "oh this tastes a bit like Red Hook ESB, that's from this XXX." It should include things like "buscuity" flavors and different hops and such. Any contributions?
