I'm new to the brew thing and eventually would like to step up to kegging (I think) and dont want to pass on a good deal. What do you all think about the one for sale? Thanks

Seems like a fair price. You will, however, look to upgrade to a dual faucet tower as you can fit two corny kegs in there.
 
Looks good. I like the stainless. You'll also need to get the corny connectors maybe 10-12 dollars a set. But for 350 your could build yourself a nice one with more room for future expansion. It's pretty easy if you own a drill.
