I'm gonna brew a green tea Belgian witbier. The recipe is as follows
3 lb weat DME
3 lb light DME
1 oz bittering hops (probably cascade since that's what I have already)
.25 oz flavor hops
.25 aroma hops
Belgian witbier style yeast

2 oz Chinese green tea in secondary

Comments? Suggestions?

well coriander and orange peal is usually in a Belgian wit for flavoring. you add that tho the last 5 min of the boi

Forgot to add that. 0.5 to 1 oz coriander (I like the flavor) and 1 oz orange peel

Im kinda new to brewing. But i fond a recipe that used 1.4 oz of each of them. I think it would be grat to used some grains for a better flavor aswell!

That looks pretty good, you could also consider .25 lb of flaked oats. Just make sure with the Cascade that you keep the IBU's in check. Wit's are pretty low and 1.5oz of Cascade may be pushing it.

I meant the orange peal and coriander ;)
