Mash 1.5L water per Lb malt at 150F for 60 mins
1 oz hallertau 60 min 4.75 AA
0.5 oz hersbrucker 15 min 4.5 AA
0.5 oz hersbrucker 5 min 4.5 AA
After fermentation, run through plate filter. Ideal beer is crystal clear. Be sure to keep fermentation slightly cool for an Ale. It's almost a lager.
