Hi Brewers,
I brewed my first lager 7 weeks ago. I let it sit in the primary for 3 weeks and it has been lagering in a corny keg at 35 for the last 4 weeks. Now what..??
Do I rack to another keg and carb, or can I just carb in the keg I lagered in and call it good? What are the pros and cons to either way? Thanks!! Al

I usually use a secondary for my lagers so it forms a nice compacted yeast cake. That way, then I rack to a keg, I get absolutely no sediment. I use a secondary at 34F for about 2-4 weeks then switch to a keg and continue lagering.
