Hey Guys,
Haven't posted in a while. Me and a couple of brew buddies are planning a "Novemberfest" and I was thinking of doing a Raspberry Wheat.

Does anyone have a good All-grain Raspberry wheat recipe?

Thanks,
Ian

If I were you, I'd do about a 60/40 barley/wheat grist, mash at 152, boil with an ounce of hallertau for 60 minutes and don't add any aroma/flavor hops. After primary, rack onto about 6#of sanitized raspberries and rack again after that settles. Since it's a wheat, you won't need to worry about setting your pectins.

Good to see you again :mug:

thanks Cheyco!

That sounds good. Would frozen raspberries work?

Glad to be back! and what's up with the order of these posts?!?!?

Nobody knows what's going on with the posts...

Anyway, yes frozen berries will work, in fact they work better than non, since the freezing destroys the membranes. You still need to sanitize them at about 150F for 15min though.
