Ordered ingredients, but can't brew for a week

I ordered an Arrogant Bastard Ale clone kit from Austin Homebrew Supply and it should be here tomorrow, but I won't be able to actually brew the beer for about a week. I know the yeast and hops should go in the fridge for the duration, but what about the ground up grains and malt extract?
 
Room temp in a zip lock. They are freshest for up to 2 weeks after milling. I have used them up to 2 months after without ill effects.
 
Sorry UPS lost your order. I saw that your kit went out about 2 hours ago. It will arrive tomorrow.

No problem, I know it's not your fault. I really appreciate you sending out another kit, not many places would do that. You guys rock :cool:
