Which yeast for a 10 gal batch of a milk stout

I just made a 10 gallon batch of a Milk Stout and realized all I have is one package of s-04, s-05, and 1 Windsor. I was going to use the S-05, but one package is not enough for 10 gallon. I was wondering which of these is a good yeast to mix and still achieve a decent flavor. The sg was 1.062.

S-04 is one of my favorite yeasts, and a good one for most British styles. In a stout I'd probably go with S-04 and Windsor, but I'm not a big fan of US-05 in the first place.
 
I've found s-05 to be a little fruity for my liking. s-04's good but has a tendency to get a little estery which isn't always a bad thing in a nice dark brew. Not sure about windsor, never used it.
