I just bought a 20lb CO2 cylinder, the Craigslist post is here. Nice guy, reasonable price, and the cylinders are either full or close to it. A family member of his works at a Pepsi distributor who is selling off stuff. If you're going to kegging in the Burlington VT area, this is a decent place to start!
 
It's a full 20lb tank. I forget how much the LHBS charges for 5lbs, but this is a much better deal.
