This is a recipe i just through together. I wanted to use the last of my left over grains for somthing ...so i made this recipe went to my LHBS to get some extra stuff and ect..gonna brew it some time next week....
SOME KINDA WHEAT
ABV 5.11 IBU 13.70 SRM 6.53
OG 1.052 FG 1.013
Ingredients
6 lbs Bavarian wheat dme
10 oz crystal 40L ( left over grains to throw in for the hell of it)
1 oz of Willamette hops (4.9) alpha
wyeast american wheat

Steep grains at a ''buck 50'' for 20 minutes
bring to boil set timer of 60 MINUTES
add all dme
add .75 willamette at beginning of boil (60) minutes till flame out
add .25 of willamette at 50 minutes into boil ( 10) minuests to flame out
cool down asap and pitch yeast !!!!

Looks good. For my low bitterness ales, like a summer wheat, I usually aim a little higher, around 18 - 20 ibus. Let us know how it turns out!
