I am looking to brew this weekend a nice Dry Irish Stout. I am hoping it will be ready for St. Patrick's Day! Any recipes or suggestions? I have been looking but have been only able to find All Grain and Extract recipes.

Thanks!

Just take a AG recipe and substitute some of the base malt for LME or DME. Or If you look in the stout recipe section at the O'flannigan standard recipe (Dry irish stout) someone post a partial mash recipe. I brewed it and its pretty darn good.

Thanks! I looked at the thread and I am heading out tomorrow to pick up the ingredients! Do you think I can have it ready by St. Patrick's day if I am bottling?

I'd brew it this weekend. Three weeks primary plus three weeks in the bottle. If you had to lose a week, I'd lose a primary week. You never know with carbonation.
