Hey,

I used to live in Vienna, Austria. Dont know if anyone else here has ever been there, to the brewpub in the 19th district, called Fischerbrau? Im hoping to find a recipe similar to what they brew there, it was honestly the best beer I ever had. It had an orange-ish colour to it, and when you drank some, it had a very nice sweet aftertaste, that would linger for maybe 1/2 a second, then disappear...making you want to drink more!:drunk:
If anyone has also ever been there and knows what I'm talking about, please let me know if you know of any potential recipes that might mimic this beer.
Thanks!

D.

okay, did some snooping and it's a Helles style lager. do you do all-grain or extract brewing? you'll need the ability to ferment and lager at lower temps for this to be true to style....
