Easy AG using WLP001

I'm going to brew my first AG soon and I'd like to pitch it onto the WLP001 yeast cake from my previous beer. I've gone through the recipes, but with no real luck.

I'd appreciate suggestions for good recipes that are easy and use WLP001.

In terms of style, I'm open to any ale (perhaps not an IPA, since that's what's coming out of the fermentor). In terms of technique, I'm planning on single infusion mash with batch sparging in a cooler type MLT. My brew capacity is low (4.5 gal boil, 3.5 gal batch), but I can worry about scaling down a 5 gal recipe.

I recently brewed Chimone's Bombshell Blonde using WLP001. Look it up in the recipes menu & see if you like it.

Basic Pail Ale is my fast simple goto

1oz centenniel 60 min
1oz centenniel 20 min
1 oz glacier 5 min

mash at 154 60 min

simple fast and tasty.

EdWort (Bee Cave Brewery) Haus Ale or Centennial Blonde would be great ones.
