infusion mash, 132 rest for 30 minutes and 154 for 50
cask conditioned with corn sugar

saaz hops .75 oz at 60 and .5 oz at 10
wirlflock
after the primary, capture some yeast and store in the refrigerator, when racking into a keg pitch this yeast to help cask conditioning
