Hello

I brewed a Newcastle Clone from AHS and used the White labs British Ale yeast. This is my third brew and have never had a problem with fermentation starting before.

The yeast arrived warm since the ice pack melted so I guess they are either really slow or were dead. I know I should of done a starter and Will now be doing so everytime.

My question is how long should I wait before I repitch?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is still hard to relax and let the yeast get on with their business. Your yeast are probably not dead. it is not too hot nor too cold for them... where do you live? And the shipping is within the US you should be okay. Start your next beer.

I live in florida. They were in shipping for four days and probably sat outside when they got here for about 4 hours. I know they are probably good to go, but it is so hard not to worry. :D
