Have Edwort's Haus Pale Ale in primary using Notty for the first time - same kraussen - pillowy and foamy. I love how each yeast has it's own personality!

I just had something very similar with US-05, never saw it before. When things smell normal and taste normal I just shrug my shoulders and remember RDWHAHB. Sometimes I think the littler buggers like messing with me

my solution.... primary in a bucket so I dont have to get worried about what it looks like because i cant see it
then i move it to secondary and watch it just sit there.
