I have been looking for a follow-up batch using wyeast 2112. The previous batch an Amber Lager OG 1.050. I am looking for Baltic or Brown Porter. Should I scratch the 2112 and use something else? I have been reading the recipes on this site and the 2112 doesn't come up too often. Any recipe direction would be great.

I am thinking Baltic Porter. Here is the rough recipe, any advice would be appreciated.

10 oz chocolate malt
4 oz de-bittered black malt
8 oz dark german crystal malt
4 oz Vienna malt

8-9 lbs Muntons xlight DME
2 oz Polnischer Lublin @ 4.6 AA 60 min
1/2 oz Saaz 15 min

Wyeast 2112 slurry from yeast cake.
