Here's the Czech Pils recipe you wanted. Any questions just PM me.

Warrior

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Wyeast Boh Pils
Yeast Starter: 1 gal
Batch Size (Gallons): 11 gals
Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.014
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90 mins
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 30 days @ 50 deg
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 60 days @ 38 deg
(actually stayed in prim the whole time, got lazy!)
Tasting Notes: Quite pleased with this version, much better than the one I made last year.


HOPS
Boil: Northern Brewer Leaf 18.6 HBU 60 mins
Flavor: Saaz Pellet 6.9 HBU (3 ozs) 15 mins
Aroma: Saaz Pellet 2 ozs end of boil

Ingredients
Best Pils: 16 lbs
Best Munich II: 2 lbs
Best Cara Pils: 1 lb
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90

Protein Rest: 30 mins @ 122 deg
Sach Rest: 30 mins @ 156 deg
Mash out: 10 mins @ 170 deg

Irish Moss: 2 tea last 15 mins of the boil

Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 28 Days at 50 Degrees
Secondary Ferment: 12 days at 38 deg


Bottled this beer 1 day before the fire burn't down my garage and brewery. Had another 5.5 gal in the garage that I lost, glad I bottled this one as it turned out like I wanted. Will be brewing a lot more of this after the new Phoenix garage and brewery gets built.
