Can anyonen help me with a recipe... I have a beer brewed by Three Floyds, called Gumballhead... it is a Red Wheat beer with Amarillo Hops (dry hopped and with lots of them) anyways, its excellent stuff and I would like to learn how to make something similiar... I'm somewhat new.... three batches under my belt.... so the dry hopping method would be a new challenge.... any recipes?

Thanks

Shamu

ps. I'm extract only at this point.....

Here is my gumball head clone that came out almost exactly like three floyds. It's all grain right now but you can change things around for partial mash or extract.
