After watching several videos on Youtube, I've decided I'd like to do a partial mash for my next brew. Here's a recipe along the lines of what I was thinking of doing:

Batch size: 5.0 gallons
3lbs Extra Light Dry Extract
3lbs Crushed Wheat Malt
8oz Crushed Honey Malt
8oz Crushed Crystal 20L

Hop schedule:
60 mins 1.0oz Amarillo leaf
15 mins 0.5oz Amarillo leaf
10 mins 0.5oz Amarillo leaf
5 mins 1.0oz Amarillo leaf
1 min 1.0 oz Amarillo leaf
Dry hop 1.0oz Amarillo leaf

Yeast:
Wyeast German Wheat (3333)

Original Gravity
1.049
(1.044 to 1.051)
Final Gravity
1.013
(1.011 to 1.014)
Color
5° SRM
Bitterness
32.4 IBU
BU:GU
0.66

4.8% A.B.V.

I'm pretty noobish when it come to grain mashing (well brewing in general, lol) so I was wondering if you guys could lend a hand to create something that would work well. Thanks for any help!

looks good. maybe up your wheat malt another pound, and use wyeast 1010. its an american wheat strain. should work a little better for you.
