Im new to brew, although I did a couple brews 3 yrs ago. I still have a few left... think they are still good? what is everyones freshness time for beer? thanks a million!
 
They might just be the best HB you ever have. Or they might taste like crap. But either way they are not going to hurt you.
 
Anything is possible, but as a rule of thumb the higher the ABV and the higher the hops, the longer the beer will last. Proper storage temperature is also important. It is totally possilbe to drink a kickass beer that is several years old.

Add to that anything with a roasty malt focus as well. Hops will drop out as the beer ages, but the roasty flavor sticks around.
 
just recently had a 17 yr old homebrew. Tasted like barley wine, super malty and great if only drinking a max of 4oz
