Yesterdaqy I noticed these white accumulations in my dry stout along the inside of my secondary (weren't there a few days ago). The beer has been in the secondary for 3 weeks. Anyone know what this is?
Can you get a top-down view of them? Its probably just clusters of bubbles coming off the yeast. If its what I think it is, I was worried about that in one of my batches too, but it turned out just fine.
