Hello everyone !
I live in the Detroit area and have 6 batches under my belt all Pils , none bad /miracle and am interested in learning to brew from scratch , getting a kegging system soon and trying to brew enough to stop buying commercial !

Welcome to a fellow Michigander,

I've only brewed three batches in the past two years and only two were drinkable, bottling issues got the first. I've been thinking about kegging my next batch and I know there is a wealth of information on the subject here.
