Now that's a good place to deal with a blow off. Easy to clean up and with a drain. I want one. 
Thanks for sharing that. You know we're dedicated brewers when we watch/make videos of fermenting beer!

I wish I had a brew cupboard like that!
Looks really organised,
I'm relegated to the back of the cupboard under the stairs, when I need to get to my kegs and fermenters I have to pull the hoover out then move a few pairs of shoes
