potential sg of wild rice?

i've got quite a bit of wild rice from Minnesota.. is the potential sg around 1.032? i've heard a little goes a long way. i do like the flavor of it.
 
Yeah I have heard it will vary with the strain of rice but I recently read it as being in the range or 1.028.
