Any HBS store owners on here???

I am in sales and one area of my territory is a growing college town. I am constantly thinking of business ideas that might be successful in certain areas and I was wondering if a HBS store would work here. I know there are a tremendous amount of variables but how much money can an average HBS store generate in a year? This town has a good population of young professionals who might be interested in HB as well as the college students looking to graduate from BMC. The area also has alot of retirees moving in and I know many drive to the HBS store where I live now (60 miles) to buy up the wine kits.


Any advice?

Yes I know. They are the store i use. I'm not talking about Knoxville.
