Set my alarm to stoke the train for a day's cooking of Boston Butt pork shoulder.

Let the smoke begin.

'Bout 3-4 hours into it. Time to mop it.

A ray of sunshine through the smoke.

Beans are started in the dutch oven. Atomic buffalo turds to go on in about 1-2 hours.

Brewing buddy and fam coming over and we'll be crackin' the 2007 Bud Brew Master Reserve.
My Red Tail clone got racked to secondary today and tastes great!

What a day!!

Oh, and that Bud Brewer's Reserve is NOT what I would think to come from them! Very malty, mild hop finish. Keepin' the bottle for my stuff. Good taste. Just not sure if it's worth the $$ it cost.

My eldest BIL would go crazy over that smoker! Not that he's into smoking so much, but he's a total train nut.
