I ran into an article that mentions a "Stilton Beer" (link below). Stilton is cheese, so that made me curious. Reading further, I noticed that there is no cheese actually added to the beer. Instead, they use the whey that separates from the cheese curds. Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, what are your thoughts?
