A lot of oxygen in secondary from racking

Did you use a basic cane or an auto siphon?
If you used a regular cane, those bubbles were most likely CO2. No issues.
Sometimes an auto siphon will pull in air at the seal on the cane part of the siphon, causing bubbles. My auto siphon does this. I pour some of my hydrometer sample (sanitized hydrometer and test vial) into the auto siphon between the two tubes to stop the bubbles.
Your beer is fine!
