I am new to the brew. I just saw a picture of a "bottle
tree" in another post. I am curious as to how it works, and what it's purpose is? It looked interesting. I believe it is for sanitation? yes..no..?

It's what your use to drain all your bottles after you have sanitized them. A dishwasher rack works well too.

Yeah, and it's pretty too. At Christmas you can decorate it and put lights up and wa la, Christmas tree!

I love mine.

There are 2 different trees out there. I have both.

I prefer the one that rotates. :D

When using I find it easier to get a spray bottle of Star San and spray it down from the top to the bottom to sanitize it.

I also recommend the sprayer for your bottles.;)

I had mine filled up on Sunday. 79 bottles; labels removed, cleaned, sanatised and capped ready for my next brew. SWMBO saw the bottles and nearly flipped!

"You didn't drink all of those did you?"
"Yes"
"You have a problem"
"Yes, they are empty"

Rolling of eyes.
