I picked up a package of 5335 Lacto last night and it's dated 3/2/09 so it's a bit over the 6 months. It's been in the LHBS fridge the whole time. Opinions on using it?

Make a starter and use it. Revvy set me straight on my opinion of yeast going bad. As he's said...if it was kept stored correctly, it's 99% of the time fine.

OK I was thinking the same thing. Make up a starter and run with that. Thanks for the positive affirmation.

Well...its not yeast..but a starter should still work.
