Well its actually my second batch. My first is an Irish Stout, and that going on its 2nd week in the secondary.
I did a pumpkin ale and lost alot of volume due to the pumpkin and trub on the bottom. I decided it was too much head space in the carboy so I went straight to bottling. So instead of 3 gallons, I only had enough to fill 19 12oz bottles.
It was a right of passage none the less and i had to share it.
Another brewing fanatic is born!
