Hi guys,
Probably another simple question one of you fantastic guys and gals can quickly answer for me.
I'm brewing a Brewferm Triple kit for my next beer. It requests 500g of sugar for a 9l brew. I was wondering if I could replace the sugar with candy sugar syrup. My question is how much would I need, it's sold in 250ml bottles. I've read that if using candy sugar crystals you should add 5% more, but the problem with that is that crystals come in 500g bags, so I'd have to buy two bags for just 5% of the second. Could I just add brewing sugar to make it up
Thanks in advance for your help.
George
