Greetings all, ever since making my first dandelion wine, I have been thinking about trying out some other flower based wines. I found the rose petal wine on Jack Kellers site particularly interesting. My problem is that I can't get enough rose petals. I did however find a bottle of pure distilled rose water at the local middle eastern store. What would some of you recommend as a conversion factor of rosewater to rose petals for a gallon batch?
