Hey Everyone, got a couple of questions about bottling my Cider. Its been in the secondary for about 6 weeks now, it is nice and clear. I want to sweeten it up a little bit and also carb it when I bottle. Can I use priming sugar before I bottle and also add some non fermentable at the same time without any problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Jeff

I would say yes, but you may want to take a sample before hand and test the non-fermentable mix before.
I have found most of them are much sweeter than I expect since I don't use them often.
Also, if you use splenda check the label as some of them are sugar and splenda blends / mixes.
