Brewed a blonde ale.....and after 2 weeks in carbonation (last week) tried one and felt it was carbonated enough....so I tossed a whole case in fridge...

Just had one and think it could use nmore time to carbonate.....would there be any harm in taking the cold case of beer out of fridge and placing back in house at 70F and letting carbonate another week or so.,..??

i.e. will the yeast get active again...and will the cold to warm condition of the beer have any ill effets on it?

Yep, they should get active again. If the yeast has settled out, just give them a gentle shake to rouse the yeast again.

3 weeks at 70F is minimum time to condition. You
ll have to wait till they warm up,then swirl the yeast back into suspension. At least a week, maybe a bit more, since the yeast went dormant in the cold.
