I finally received my Carbonators yesterday. I set up a two litre bottle of my kegged brown ale for a party tonight. It's already carbed so I don't want to "over" carb the beer. I filled the bottle to 15psi with about three inches of head space. The bottle still feels a bit squishy.
Who uses the carbonator and what pressures do you set it at? Thanks everybody!

I assume you want the same pressure you would have in the keg. the idea is to keep the CO2 in suspension.

I use the same pressure as for the keg. I hook the filled bottle up and shake it until the regulator stops making noise.

For uncarbed beer, I hit it with 30psi, shake, repeat about 4 or 5 times, then let it settle. For carbed beer that has gone a little flat in the bottle, once or twice will do it.

I just tasted an American Wheat I kegged last night. I have a two liter bottle that has been force carbed overnight. Tasty!
