I went to get my (5 lb) CO2 tank filled, really exchanged, but asked what they would charge me to upgrade to a 10 lb tank. They said "nothing just the price of the gas". I had already paid for the 5 lb so I said next time. The only thing is they don't have the aluminum (10 lb) tanks just steel. Is this a no brainer? What's the drawback of steel other then room and weight?
I'm pretty sure I have the room. I put 4 tapers on a frig in my garage. The 4 ball lock fit fine and I have my CO 2 tank in the center of the kegs with room to spare. I'm not sure why I'm over thinking this....what would you do?
Price of a 5 lb = $20
Price of a 10 lb = $32
Cheers
