How should I carbonate my beer? I want to keg the majority of it, but still want to bottle a few to save. I also want to do a taste test between the bottles beer, and the kegged beer.
 
Force carbonate what you keg, as per usual, and buy some Cooper's carbonation drops for the few that you bottle if you don't bulk prime.
