I sampled my porter last night (10 days in the bottle), and it tastes like a porter! Just needs some more carbonation time, then we'll be ready to enjoy as is and have Black & Tans if we want!

Just wanted to share the joy :ban:
 
I just sampled one my porters and I must say that there are few things in this world as good as dark beer. Congrats.
