I bottled 100 litres of my lambic. The problem is i forgot to add yeast for the two thirds.:( I did remember sugar. Do you think it will carbonate?

The last third i remembered to add sugar and yeast.
 
I'd say probably not, 3 year old beer isn't going to have many bugs left in suspension. No harm waiting, but if there is no carbonation evident after a few months I would open the bottles and sprinkle in some champagne yeast.
 
I bottled my lambic after 2.5 years w/o fresh yeast and after the year or so of aging, there was enough carbonation. It will take a while, but it will go, eventually....
 
I'm with Oldsock...it will be really hit or miss. I'm trying to get a starter going with Avery 15 dregs which is close to 3 years old, looks like a no go
