It would be a good HLT or MLT for 10g batches but it would be a stretch to do 10g AG (more than 10g) full boils. EDIT: Are you sure it's a 13.2? Guinness is sold in 15.5g European Sankey.
 
Ah I see, so you need quite a few more gallons of wort for a 10g recipe to compensate for evaporation?

Correct, on 90 minute boil, high gravity beers I've had 13.5-14 gallons or so.... pretty scary until the hot break. You could use it as a BK, but you'd probably want to invest in fermicaps (spelling) drops.
