I have a Cream of Three Crops ready to go, but I'm a few brown bottles short. I do, however, have about 12 clear bottles.

Now I'm going to do it anyways, at most it will be about 6 bottles (probably less), but I was curious if anyone had any experience with this? I know clear bottles can skunk, but once these are bottled they will go into a lightless pantry to carb. And then straight the to fridge from there (I'll even do it at night) and they'll be the first drank in 2-3 weeks.

What do you think? I'll post the results.

I've got a bunch of clear swing tops I use all the time. Like you say, keep them in the dark and they are absolutely fine.

If they're in the dark they're absolutely fine. That said, if you're storing them long-term and will occasionally expose them to light, wouldn't hurt to drape something over them or keep them in a box...
