So I just made a Belgian Amber Double with Saaz with my wlp500 and I would like to wash some of the yeast.

What recipes could I use to make a second beer with the WL500 (trappist yeasties)?:drunk:

I was thinking of making a Chimay Blue clone or maybe trying an APA amarillo with the belgian yeast esters. Any other ideas? :mug:

How strong was your Double? I would be leery about reusing yeast from a high-alcohol batch; they may be pretty stressed out.
