they are available at farmhouse brewing (am I'm sure other vendors now as well) but they limit the amount you can buy I believe
each vendor is going to charge different rates for shipping based on weight and destination
I don't know if you'll find many places selling them at bulk discount rates since they are a pretty high demand hop but I would be interested in an update if you do find bulk discounts
