I decided to do an Oktoberfest. This is my 8th batch, 4th all-grain.

I used the Wyeast Octoberfest Lager Blend

I don't have a separate fridge.
I'm doing the best I can with what I've got...etc

I lagered in my refrigerator at 46F for about a week and at 50F. I didn't really think about the 65F temp (diacetyl rest) because I don't have a way to keep it at that temp. I think the basement is around 66-68F, but is it too late since its really close to the FG?

So, option A or B?

A: Its too late, rack it and condition it.

B: Take to the basement for 2-4 days at 66-68, then rack and condition it. I

The hydrometer sample tasted alright.

Thanks,
