I agree it's only going to benefit the pros. Not much use in hb'ing

Yeah. I have a lathe I need to get working. If I'm going to build a mill I don't think building one for under water would be that much harder. I just don't know if it would be worth the extra effort.
 
Wet milling (malt conditioning) benefits brewing at all levels.

However, "hydro milling" underwater at mash-in temperature sounds a bit impractical at the homebrew level. :D
 
Sierra Nevada also wet mills. I've seen it at the brewery. It's pretty bad ass.

IIRC, I heard someone say only two breweries in the US are using wet mills, I suppose that means SNBC and New Belgium are the only ones.
