What's up guys? I've brewed A LOT in the past year, and don't have really that many styles that I haven't made. I've got a $100 AustinHomebrew.com gift card in my pocket, and it's burning a dang hole straight through my leg. I'm thinking I'm going to make a berry wheat, but other than that, I don't know what I want to make.

Ideas? Suggestions?

Also, I want to make a oak brown ale, but does that sound very good?

Thanks,
Jacob

Currently enjoying a case of Magic Hat #9's. I think AHB has a clone kit that sounds downright fantastic.

Holy crap, where do I start. I swear to god I have so many recipes on the "to-brew" list that I rarely know where to begin. My next two beers are:

Pumpkin Ale - https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f76/samhain-pumpkin-ale-140674/
and a
Christmas Ale - https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f78/holiday-spiced-ale-89603/

Both of those need a bit of time to age, so they will be ready come Halloween and Thanksgiving. Also, since Winter is Coming,

Choconut Porter - https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f126/choconut-porter-54159/
and
Caramel Cream Ale - https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/caramel-cream-ale-2435/index49.html#post398005

They are all amazing recipes and will get you through the winter in one piece.

depends on what kind of beer you like to drink? I like guiness and just made a great recipie through midwest supplies... If I had that gift card I would search what that company has for a good irish stout kit... Or a good pale ale, cream ale, haha I could go on for days... Whatever you end up getting I'm sure it will be good!

I've got a Maris Otter/Cascade SMaSH on tap to brew this weekend. Then my porter. Not sure after that. Maybe a nice IPA before the porter.. then the porter will be nice and ready for winter.

A hunnerd' bones could make you one hell of a barley wine!
.... or a Pliny clone, IIPA, RIS or about 50 gallons of a light american lager :)

I recently tasted my first Kolsch (reissdorf) and really liked it! Great for these hot summer days. I'll probably end up brewing some of that eventually

I love the imperial brown idea, but if it got that big, I'd prob just brew a barley wine with a couple of oz of french oak cubes in the secondary for a few months.

I like all styles btw, but since houston summers are hot and long, Ive been drinking light hybrid beers/wheats for the past few months, so I dont really want any more of those styles. I'm brewing the berry wheat or blonde b/c I like to keep an easy drinking beer on tap for everyone.

I will vote for Cheesefood's caramel cream ale. Very quick and simple extract recipe and damn good. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Lagunita's A Lil' Sumpin' Sumpin'... It's a extremely delicious, easy drinking pale wheat beer with a ton of late kettle American hop additions and possibly dry hopped (not sure about that one). A very bright, crisp, and drinkable beer. It's south of IPA in bitterness, but the hoppiness is north of pale ale with a fair amount of wheat in the base.

Just discovered Flying Fish's Walloanian Rye. I'm loving it. I searched it out in between my grandfather's two wakes this week since I was in Jersey. I've been looking at Rye recipes ever since!

Good suggestions, keep em coming. I haven't made my decision yet, but I'm thinking of doing 10 gallons of Jamil's blonde ale (5 with some fruit and 5 dry hopped with a couple of oz of home grown cascades) and 5 gallons of jamils Northern Brown Ale, but I'll oak it for a month or so. With that said, I still have more money to brew with, so I need some ideas!
